• iTunes is launching French and American TV on its French outlet and Mediatoon Interactive is putting The Adventures of Tintin, Two of a Kind: Spirou & Fantasio and Kid Paddle on the service.
• In its Russian free-TV premiere on state broadcaster Channel One this past Saturday, May 24, High School Musical, took the top spot in its timeslot, scoring a 15.7% share amongst individuals four and up, and a 24.2% share amongst young adults 16 to 24.
• The prime-time special iCarly Saves TV premiers on Nickelodeon Friday, June 13, capping off a four-hour marathon of the live-action series hosted by the show’s stars Miranda Cosgrove, (Carly) Jennette McCurdy (Sam), Nathan Kress (Freddie) and Jerry Trainor (Spencer) in support of the iCarly album launching June 10.
