UK-based children’s rights owner and producer Spellbound Entertainment has tapped Aurora World to produce plush toys based on preschool property The Koala Brothers.
Under the multi-year deal, Aurora World will develop, manufacture and distribute products across the plush category in the UK, Korea, Australia and Poland. It is anticipated that the deal will expand into other markets as Spellbound appoints licensees overseas.
The line will be developed immediately with product rolling out in UK this fall and other markets, including Korea, following in fall 2009.
