• To promote FremantleMedia Enterprises and 19 Entertainment‘s The American Idol Experience attraction coming to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Idol winner David Cook shouted the famous words ‘I’m Going to Disney World!’ last night upon being crowned the top crooner. The attraction is currently under construction and will open in January 2009.
• The Back-yAAR-digans will unveil their new half-hour special adventure Pirate Camp, on Monday, June 9 on Nick Jr. The half-hour special, will be followed by the premiere of a brand-new episode of The Wonder Pets! titled ‘Save the Pirate Parrot!’ at 10:00 a.m.
