Cake Distribution has found a number of new broadcast locales for Total Drama Island, which bowed on Canadian net Teletoon last year.

The animated series that spoofs the reality contest/challenge format and is a hit with Canadian tweens will be landing on Canal + Family (France), Jetix Benelux, Noga (Israel), Digiturk (Turkey), Salmon (Russia) and Diema (Bulgaria) for the 2008/9 broadcast season.

The 26 x 22-minute series is produced Fresh Productions with Teletoon Canada.
