Toei Animation appoints Spanish rep

Toei Animation has appointed Spanish licensing firm Biplano to license its Dragon Ball and Saint Saiya properties in the country.

Toei Animation has appointed Spanish licensing firm Biplano to license its Dragon Ball and Saint Saiya properties in the country.

Biplano will handle the properties for Spain and Portugal, including all merchandising rights for the brands except for toys, video games and publishing.

Saint Seiya is one of Japan’s longest-running anime series and Dragon Ball currently boasts 508 eps since it bowed in 1986.
