Mobile media company Player X has struck a deal with Paramount Mobile Entertainment to publish mobile games and mobile video ‘Retrosodes’ based on the studio’s library of films.

The three-year agreement calls for Player X to produce, publish and co-distribute the three-minute eps based on Paramount’s IP through the company’s mobile TV channels, geekTV and Zapper TV.

Player X will also do the same for games based on Paramount IP, making them available to more than 140 global carriers, giving the content the potential reach of more than 1.8 billion people.
