A year since bringing its licensing operations back in-house, Paramount Licensing is on the grow again and will head into Licensing International, taking place in New York City next month, with an expanded exec team in tow.
Darren Kyman, previously director of worldwide marketing and promotions for MGM Consumer Products, has been named executive director of marketing and retail development. In this post, he’ll oversee all retailer relations and marketing activities for the consumer products side of the division.

Coming over from Disney Consumer Products is Tammy Stockfish, who’s been tapped as director of licensing and retail. At Paramount, she will be responsible for the development and execution of licensing product strategies and retail programs for Paramount Pictures, DreamWorks Studios, Paramount Vantage, Nickelodeon Movies and MTV Films properties.
Meanwhile, Pamela Harris has been named manager of licensing and will be responsible for categories including gift and novelty, collectibles, toys and games and sporting goods.
And finally, Phyllis Ungerleider, who currently oversees product approvals for all written materials at Paramount Licensing, has been bumped up to manger of product development for the division.
