People moves: Grand Toys International names new CEO

Jeff Hsieh is retiring as the CEO of Grand Toys International Limited effective immediately, but will remain chairman of the board and consultant to the company while David Howell, the current CFO, will take his place.

Jeff Hsieh is retiring as the CEO of Grand Toys International Limited effective immediately, but will remain chairman of the board and consultant to the company while David Howell, the current CFO, will take his place.

Howell has served as CFO since November 2007 and as a director of the company since July 2007. Prior to that, Howell was EVP and CFO of Radica Games Limited.

In an additional change, Matthew Baile, currently, the CEO of the company’s subsidiary, Hong Kong Toy Center Limited, has been promoted to COO.
