Sales of Thunder Wolf Mini Helicopters from Westminster have been put to an end as part of the settlement of a patent case brought by Silverlit Toys Manufactory and Spin Master against the manufacturer.

Spin Master and Silverlit were preparing to argue that the Thunder Wolf Mini Helicopters infringed on the patent of the AirHogs Havoc Heli, when a settlement was reached.

The final agreement will be enforced by Court Order and calls for Westminister to cease selling the product and for retailers to collect and destroy its remaining Thunder Wolfs.

Silverlit and Spin Master have also recently filed a lawsuit versus the look-alike Soft Air MicroCopter, which was recently recalled for safety reasons.
