While JimJam establishes its footprint in the Middle East, NBC/DIC/Corus joint-venture KidsCo has just started beaming into South Korea on the hanaTV IPTV platform.

The broadcast deal will make staple partner-generated content including Babar, Madeline, Sonic the Hedgehog and Rolie Polie Olie available on demand throughout the region.

KidsCo has rolled out in Romania, Hungary, Russia, Turkey, Poland, Singapore and the Philippines since launching in September 2007, and the partners are planning on bringing the total up to 40 territories, including Europe and Latin America, within the next 18 months.
