HIT fosters partnership with Smartoonz

HIT Entertainment has cut a distribution deal with Smartoonz, a division of Zeppelin Animation, for three of its preschool series.

HIT Entertainment has cut a distribution deal with Smartoonz, a division of Zeppelin Animation, for three of its preschool series.

HIT has acquired distribution rights to Little Fables, Monkey See, Monkey Do (which it’s also co-producing) and Clay Play.

The deal also includes first option rights on all future properties from Smartoonz.

The partnership has already bore fruit after HIT concluded a deal with Thailand cable operator UBC for the 26 x 5.5-minute series Little Fables. The series will premiere in August.
