Cookie Jar inks deals with major Euro broadcasters

Toronto, Canada-based Cookie Jar Entertainment has signed a bevy of deals with key European broadcasters at this year's MIPTV.

Toronto, Canada-based Cookie Jar Entertainment has signed a bevy of deals with key European broadcasters at this year’s MIPTV.

Included in the new batch of agreements are sales of all 26 half-hours of Hurry for Huckle! to Nickelodeon (Italy), France 5, ZDF (Germany), TiJi (France) and SVT (Sweden). Preschool series Will & Dewitt, meanwhile, is set to premiere on RTE (Ireland) this fall.

Jetix has also recently licensed two of Cookie Jar’s newest adventure series, Magi-Nation and World of Quest.
