Xilam’s Oggy scuttles into more channels

Xilam's slapstick comedy series Oggy and the Cockroaches (65 x half hour) is set to infest the globe following the signing of several new licensing and multiplatform deals.

Xilam’s slapstick comedy series Oggy and the Cockroaches (65 x half hour) is set to infest the globe following the signing of several new licensing and multiplatform deals.

Xilam has granted plush manufacturer Jemini the license to produce 12 different toys based on the colorful, comic characters featured in the series. The plush will be launched in France in June.

Additionally, Benjamin is getting a range of Oggy socks ready for French consumers at the same time.

A direct-to-video Christmas special is in the works with France Television Distribution and season three of Oggy and the Cockroachesis set to debut on French pay-TV broadcaster Canal + this fall.
