DIC Music, a subsidiary of global brand management company DIC Entertainment, is launching a new online music business at www.cuetunes.com for the production community.

The new venture will serve as a one-stop source for royalty free music for film and TV professionals, independent film producers, instructors and/or students looking for music to score station themes, news, animation, live-action fare, webisodes, demo reels, video games, student projects and temp tracks.

The new site uses Counterpoint Systems’ MusicSource Online software and will offer selected tracks for a one-time fee.

Tracks can be purchased in MP3 and/or WAV formats for US$21.95 (10 seconds or less) or US$39.95 for tracks over 10 seconds.
