Scott Silverstein has been named CEO and president of The Topps Company.

Silverstein has been the company’s president and COO that was recently acquired by Michael Eisner’s The Tornante Company.

He joined the company in 1993 as general counsel. Prior to joining Topps, he had a private law practice.
