Peter Fitton has been tapped as the new VP of international sales at Disney Media Advertising Sales and Marketing Group.
Fitton will have strategic oversight for global advertising sales outside the US and responsibility for establishing cross-market alliances to maximize opportunities for Disney’s clients.
The Disney Media Advertising Sales and Marketing Group drives all advertising sales, marketing and promotions business for The Walt Disney Company’s kid-centric and family-inclusive TV platforms, its wide range of online offerings, its kid-focused publishing business and its kid and parents’ radio platform.
Fitton joins Disney from MTV Networks Digital, where he most recently held the position director, new business development and was responsible for new business across MTVN’s network of entertainment brand sites in the US market.
