The big news out of the UK this morning is that Entertainment Rights CEO Michael Heap has resigned as director of the company amidst reports of a potential buyout.

Former chief of Warner Music UK Nick Philips has been appointed as the new CEO of Postman Pat and Rupert the Bear’s owner, effective immediately.
