Bristol, UK-based Aardman Animations has inked Sally Lindsay, best known for her work on Coronation Street to voice a new character its latest Wallace and Gromit production.
Lindsay will lend her voice to Piella Bakewell in A Matter of Loaf and Death, a 30-minute TV special commissioned by BBC One that will be delivered later this year.
The project was previously titled Trouble At Mill and will focus on the main character’s brand-new bakery business.
