People moves: 4Kids bolster retail exec team

New York City-based 4Kids Entertainment has expanded its retail team with the appointments of industry vets Joe Marziotto and Glenn Pecoraro as VPs of retail development.

New York City-based 4Kids Entertainment has expanded its retail team with the appointments of industry vets Joe Marziotto and Glenn Pecoraro as VPs of retail development.

Marziotto and Pecoraro will spearhead the expansion and development of 4Kids’ retail programs across all channels for key properties, including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Cabbage Patch Kids, Monster Jam, Chaotic and Dinosaur King.

Additionally, the pair will be responsible for developing direct-to-retail programs and retail marketing and promotional programs to drive brand awareness and maximize revenues.

Prior to joining 4Kids, Marziotto was VP of sales and marketing for Catalog/Legacy Recordings at Sony Music. He has also held positions at American Electronics and Entertainment, New World Pictures and RCA Records.

Pecoraro joins 4Kids from Classic Media, where he most recently held the position of VP of retail development.
