Franny’s Feet marches into the UK

Toronto, Canada-based Decode Enterprises, the distribution subsidiary of DHX Media Ltd., has sold CGI preschool series Franny's Feet to Disney Channel UK.

Toronto, Canada-based Decode Enterprises, the distribution subsidiary of DHX Media Ltd., has sold CGI preschool series Franny’s Feet to Disney Channel UK.

The series recently began airing daily on PBS station Thirteen/WNET in the US, and the company also signed an apparel deal in the UK this month with Cooneen, brokered through UK agent Rocket Licensing.

Franny’s Feet was commissioned by Canada’s Family Channel and Five in the UK, where it airs as part of the channel’s Milkshake block. The series is currently shown in more than 150 countries worldwide through broadcasters including ABC Australia, France 5, Disney Channel Germany, Cartoon Network (Japan, Korea and Taiwan), RAI (Italy), TV2 Denmark and TV12 Singapore.
