John Marley, the mind behind CBBC hit The Best of Friends, has left Talent TV to set up his own shop, Archie Productions.
Taking the post of creative director, Marley has an initial development slate of kids factual and fiction projects underway and is looking to forge co-pro partnerships with international and UK-based companies.
In addition to acting as series producer on Best of Friends, Marley most recently served as producer/director on the first and second seasons of Cartoon Network UK’s Skatoony, the world’s first game show to combing live action and animation.
