Taking inspiration from the notion of turning a new leaf in the New Year, Birmingham, UK-based Cosgrove Hall is restructuring its operations.

To start, Laura Duncalf has been bumped up from production manager to the newly created post of head of production and will oversee all of Cosgrove Hall’s production activity and report directly to MD Anthony Utley. As such the company will now be headed up by a group of four execs: Utley, Duncalf, creative director Franc Vose, and Lee Marriott, financial and commercial director.

To further support its move into mounting original productions and the senior management team, the toon house has also created a research and development assistant position and is currently looking for someone to fill the role.
