• Italian studios Gruppo Alcuni and Grupo Edebé are getting to work on producing a CGI feature film The Pet Pals and Marco Polo’s Code, based on the series Pet Pals which currently airs on RAI 2. The film will be released by Christmas 2009.
• Cookie Jar Entertainment‘s online multiplayer role-playing game Magi-Nation: Battle for the Moonlands will be able to accept prepaid game cards thanks to a new deal with PayByCash. The gift cards will be available at retailers across the US when the game goes live in early 2008.
