• Italian studios Gruppo Alcuni and Grupo Edebé are getting to work on producing a CGI feature film The Pet Pals and Marco Polo's Code, based on the series Pet Pals which currently airs on RAI 2. The film will be released by Christmas 2009.

Cookie Jar Entertainment's online multiplayer role-playing game Magi-Nation: Battle for the Moonlands will be able to accept prepaid game cards thanks to a new deal with PayByCash. The gift cards will be available at retailers across the US when the game goes live in early 2008.
