Jay Cohen has been promoted to SVP of publishing, with Tony Keytaking the title of SVP of sales and marketing, and James Regan assuming the position of VP of third party operations.

Formerly VP of publishing at Ubisoft, Cohen is now responsible for the company’s North American strategic planning and analysis, content acquisition, strategic sales and partnerships, financial planning and Ubisoft’s Canadian and Mexican subsidiaries.

Key, meanwhile, now heads up Ubisoft’s retail sales in the US in addition to the company’s channel and consumer marketing programs for its entire portfolio of video game products. And Regan will manage Ubisoft’s recently acquired Japanese studio, Digital Kids, and its lineup of externally developed video game titles.
