Cartoon Network Enterprises’ Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends has landed some prime real estate at trendsetting retailer Hot Topic this month.

All 693 Hot Topic stores are hosting Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends-themed boutiques, highlighting the brand’s tween/teen product range that now includes apparel, accessories, slippers, room décor, jewellery, hair accessories and stationery.

The two-tiered strategy laid out for property in late 2006 that aimed to tap into Foster’s appeal with both core kids and tween/teen girls seems to be paying off. Since debuting at Hot Topic earlier this year, Foster’s has been a top-performer for the retailer across multiple categories.

In addition to the boutique, this holiday season also marks the launch of the first-ever Foster’s themed gift card at Hot Topic, featuring Bloo and Cheese
