Toronto, Canada-based Decode Enterprises has lined up a broadcast deal for its live-action comedy, The Latest Buzz with Germany’s SuperRTL.

The deal is a first for SuperRTL as The Latest Buzz is the only non-Disney live-action tween series ever acquired by the top-rated German kidcaster.

Recently commissioned for a second season by The Family Channel in Canada, a number of other international nets have just snapped up the entire 39 x 22-minutes of the Decode Entertainment-produced series, including Boomerang UK, Disney Channel (France, Italy) and ABC Australia.

The series follows the travails of beleaguered youth-oriented magazine Teen Buzz and the hi-jinks of its all-teen staff.
