When Nickelodeon Universe opens in Bloomington, Minnesota’s Mall of America in 2008, Chicago-based Levy Restaurants will be providing the grub.

Through their new partnership with Levy, Nick and Mall of America plan to introduce healthy dining options throughout the park’s eateries. Menus will showcase organic, natural and locally grown foods alongside traditional amusement park fare.

The plan falls in line with Nickelodeon’s five-year-old health and wellness campaign, Let’s Just Play.

Levy Restaurants was founded in Chicago in 1978, and has a diverse portfolio that includes Wolfgang Puck’s Grand Café at Walt Disney World as well as arena deals in L.A. and Miami.
