Decode inks bevy of Asian deals

The distribution arm of Toronto, Canada-based Decode Entertainment has continued to bolster its international profile, recently sealing a slew of deals in India, Hong Kong and Thailand.

The distribution arm of Toronto, Canada-based Decode Entertainment has continued to bolster its international profile, recently sealing a slew of deals in India, Hong Kong and Thailand.

Disney Channel India has acquired three Decode-produced series: live actioners The Latest Buzz and Naturally Sadie, and CGI series Urban Vermin.

Thailand’s True Visions, meanwhile, has snapped up new toon Bo On the Go! and hit preschool series Franny’s Feet. In Hong Kong, broadcaster ATV took 13 eps of Decode/Out of the Blue Enterprises co-pro Super Why and Turner Broadcasting’s new live-action adventure-comedy My Spy Family.
