Noted toy industry analyst Sean McGowan has joined Needham & Company, a privately held, full-service investment bank as MD of its equity research department.
McGowan will continue to focus on toy and leisure/lifestyle segments of the market, further broadening Needham’s footprint in the consumer area.
Most recently, McGowan was MD and associate director of research at Wedbush Morgan Securities. Prior to that, he spent 20 years as an analyst covering toys and specialty retailers at BMO Capital Markets.
