Shelley Kerridge has been upped to head of licensing at Target Entertainment.
The move follows the boost to Target’s licensing portfolio, which included the recent signing of global licensing rights to the US$70-million feature film The Nutcracker.
As head of licensing, Kerridge will oversee toys, publishing, apparel, footwear and will also work on third-party promotions alongside Richard Oren in Target’s US office. France, Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, Asia and Australasia now fall under her territory remit.
In addition, Lisa Simpson has been promoted to the role of licensing assistant. She’ll be responsible for managing greeting cards, posters, calendars, food and beverage and health and beauty categories, looking after trade events and providing marketing support.
