Former Cartoon Network SVP of programming and development Bob Higgins has hopped over to the production side, joining Beverly Hills, California’s Wildbrain, producer of Nick Jr.’s Yo Gabba Gabba!
Hired to oversee the company’s television and feature film development, production and acquisition activities, Higgins will report to Charles Rivkin, Wildbrain president and CEO, and will get down to business in the New Year, working out of the Manhattan- offices of Wildbrain retail subsidiary, Kidrobot.
Higgins joined Cartoon Network in June, 2003, managing the net’s original series development, production and programming departments housed in its Burbank studio.
