Industry development org KOCCA (Korea Culture and Content Agency) has a new CEO and president in S. Man Ko, who has 35 years experience in the TV biz.

Ko most recently worked at broadcaster MBC TV as producer and executive director, serving a prior stint at EBS as CEO. In his new post at KOCCA, Ko’s focus is on nurturing content development, building the org’s human resources and marketing its achievements globally.

Since 2001, KOCCA has fostered the growth of the Korea’s creative content output worldwide, including work in animation, character licensing and gaming.
