Cookie Jar and mass Canadian retailer Zellers have teamed up for The Doodlebops Superstar Search, and are asking kids to submit two-minute-long videos of themselves grooving to a Doodlebops’ tune. The grand prize winner, chosen by the producer of The Doodlebops series, will receive a free trip to Toronto to perform in one of the group’s upcoming music videos.

The contest runs from November 3 to 30, 2007 and is open to all Canadian residents 10 years old and younger. Participants can enter the contest by filling out a downloadable entry from the www.hbc.com, www.doodlebops.com, or by picking one up at local Zellers or Hudson Bay Company stores.

Zellers is a subsidiary of HBC, one of Canada’s largest general merchandise retailers with more than 580 retail outlets throughout the country.
