Online retailer eToys Direct and BabyUniverse have completed their merger. eToys Direct common stock holders now own approximately two-thirds of the new company, with BabyUniverse shareholders owning approximately one-third.

Online retailer eToys Direct and BabyUniverse have completed their merger. eToys Direct common stock holders now own approximately two-thirds of the new company, with BabyUniverse shareholders owning approximately one-third.

Located in eToys hometown of Denver, Colorado the new entity is being rechristened The Parent Company and will trade under the Nasdaq ticker KIDS once the name change has been approved by shareholders.
