UK-based writer-led prodco Adastra Creative has expanded, adding Anna Starkey as a development producer on a consultancy basis. Starkey will focus on the in-house production division of the company, drawing on her experience as a writer for various UK preschool productions, including Guess with Jess and Thomas the Tank Engine and Bob the Builder.
Adastra is currently producing CBeebies first live-action comedy for preschoolers, the 26 x 15 minute series Grandpa in My Pocket.
In addition the company will continue to offer third-party creative and development services to other production companies and broadcasters.
