• Spain's Icon Animation has sealed a number of broadcast deals for Lola & Virginia, including one with MTV3 in Finland. Greece's 96 has acquired TV and home video rights and E-Mas (Malaysia) will broadcast the series on public channel RTM, while Latin America licensing agency Tycoon has picked up home video rights for Mexico and Central America.

Lego has opened its first US-based Lego Educational Center in Southlake, Texas. The center is the 157th one operating across the globe, and provides hands-on courses focusing on problem-solving, creativity and teamwork. Each course includes 48 weeks of curriculum-based learning for kids ages three and up led by Lego-certified teachers.
