People moves: Kaplan promoted to EVP at Nick

Nickelodeon exec Paula Kaplan has been promoted to the newly created position of EVP talent and West Coast GM for Nickelodeon/MTVN kids and Family Group. In her new role, Kaplan will continue to oversee talent recruitment and casting for Nick businesses, including television, digital and consumer products, as well as MTVN Kids and Family Group brands. In addition, she'll look after expanding talent development and music initiatives.
