• Tel Aviv, Israel-based Puff TV has signed a VOD deal with Nelvana Enterprises for 40 eps of The Backyardigans. The VOD service was founded in 2005.

• Toys 'R' Us is opening a 25,000 square-foot temp store in New York City's NoHo neighborhood, designed to cater to holiday shoppers. Located at 692 Broadway, in the former Tower Records building, this pop-up store will be open from October 1 and to January 31, 2008.
