People moves: Zinkia adds merchandising talent

Spanish animation house Zinkia has appointed international merchandising and branding specialist Eric Belloso to the post of international business development manager. In this new role, Belloso will be responsible for implementing strategic and operational licensing plans, while boosting global brand awareness of Zinkia's multiplatform properties such as Pocoyo and Shuriken School.

Spanish animation house Zinkia has appointed international merchandising and branding specialist Eric Belloso to the post of international business development manager. In this new role, Belloso will be responsible for implementing strategic and operational licensing plans, while boosting global brand awareness of Zinkia’s multiplatform properties such as Pocoyo and Shuriken School.

Belloso hops over to Zinkia from BRB Internacional, where he served as licensing director. During his stint at BRB he oversaw Pokemon’s licensing business in Spain and Portugal, and prior to that he worked as sales and licensing manager at Paramount Pictures.
