After forging a high-profile deal this past summer with Turner Broadcasting to distribute My Spy Family, Toronto, Canada-based Decode Entertainment has again boosted its third-party programming by picking up worldwide distribution rights for Super Why.

The 65 x 22-minute CGI preschool series is being produced by Out of the Blue Enterprises, co-owned by Angela C. Santomero (the mind behind Blue’s Clues) and Nick vet Samantha Freeman. The series is currently airing on PBS in the US, and Canadian pubcaster CBC has just picked up the license for the show.

Decode will bring its new acquisition to MIPCOM next month along with recently acquired My Spy Family, Poko and Bo on the GO!.
