Italian-based publishing and production company Atlantyca Entertainment has appointed industry vet Karen K. Miller to oversee its US-based animation production operations.

Based in L.A., Miller will be looking after the development and production for upcoming series Geronimo Stilton. Her responsibilities include working with Atlantyca’s home office in Italy on US distribution and developing US licensing initiatives for Geronimo and other future entertainment properties.

Miller joins the company on the heels of completing production on The Simpsons Movie. Prior to that, she spent the past 18 years at Warner Bros., most recently serving as the VP of property acquisitions for Warner Bros. Consumer Products.
