People moves: Nick promotes Root to SVP role

Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group has promoted Jason Root to SVP of digital for Nick.com and Nickatnite.com. In his new role, Root will oversee all management and creative operations for top kids' site Nick.com, as well as the growth and development of NickatNite.com, Nicktoonsnetwork.com, Nicktropolis.com and TurboNick.com.
