Responding to research that reveals kids are being introduced to digital platforms (including VOD and streaming video) at an increasingly younger age, Taffy Entertainment is rolling out new preschool-focused service Kabillion Jr. today. CGI toons Dive Olly Dive! (Mike Young Productions/Flying Bark) and Flipper & Lopaka (EM.TV) are the first to join the new offering, and Taffy intends to add more programs to the schedule in coming months.
