Kidz Entertainment to rep HIT in Eastern Europe

Since merging with Eastern Euro licensing agency EEMC in March, Copenhagen's Kidz Entertainment has set a course for aggressive expansion in the territory, and HIT Entertainment is the latest IP owner to get on board. Kidz already reps HIT properties such as Bob the Builder and Thomas & Friends in the Nordic territories and the new deal will see an increased presence for them in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Poland.

Since merging with Eastern Euro licensing agency EEMC in March, Copenhagen’s Kidz Entertainment has set a course for aggressive expansion in the territory, and HIT Entertainment is the latest IP owner to get on board. Kidz already reps HIT properties such as Bob the Builder and Thomas & Friends in the Nordic territories and the new deal will see an increased presence for them in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Poland.

Kidz’ clients in the Nordic region also include MGA Entertainment and Hasbro. Based in New York, EEMC has established licensing programs in Eastern European for partners including DIC Entertainment, Hallmark and Nickelodeon.
