JCPenney and Sesame create picture-perfect promo

Sesame Workshop and JCPenney Portraits are combining forces to put kids on the iconic Street stoop with Elmo and fairy-in-training Abby Cadabby in tow. Beginning July 15th, more than 450 JCPenney Portriat locations across the US will be offering Sesame Street-themed pictures with Muppet plush props. Additionally, Sesame frames and portrait borders will be available to families.

Sesame Workshop and JCPenney Portraits are combining forces to put kids on the iconic Street stoop with Elmo and fairy-in-training Abby Cadabby in tow. Beginning July 15th, more than 450 JCPenney Portriat locations across the US will be offering Sesame Street- themed pictures with Muppet plush props. Additionally, Sesame frames and portrait borders will be available to families.

The Workshop has also created a 30-minute DVD featuring Sesame characters to air exclusively in 260 JCPenney outlets to entertain toddlers as they get ready for their close-ups.

Coupons with special offers from Sesame Workshop licensees Del Monte, Random House, DS Waters, Techno Source, Make It about Me and Village Company are being inserted into 400,000 take-home portrait envelopes.
