Aussie import The Saddle Club is moving into North American retail this summer, thanks to a new multi-year deal between home entertainment distributor Allumination FilmWorks and licensing agent Big Tent Entertainment.

First up are two full-length film releases, Horse of a Different Color and Storm at Pine Hollow. Compiled from eps of the series, the two DVDs are slated for a mass-market launch in August.

The Saddle Club is based on the bestselling novels by Bonnie Bryant. The live-action girl-skewing series launched on Discovery Kids in the US and has been picked up by American Public Television Stations.
