People moves: 4Kids bolsters digital roster

4Kids Entertainment has named Dan Manco as its SVP of digital media, and Mark Kirk as director of interactive operations. Manco will be in charge of creating a digital business and marketing strategy for the New York-based company. He'll start by rebuilding 4Kids' website, incorporating more casual games, videos and community-building features into the current interphase. The first phase should be ready to coincide with the launch of 4Kids TV's new season in September.

4Kids Entertainment has named Dan Manco as its SVP of digital media and Mark Kirk as director of interactive operations. Manco will be in charge of creating a digital business and marketing strategy for the New York-based company. He’ll start by rebuilding 4Kids’ website, incorporating more casual games, videos and community-building features into the current interface. The first phase should be ready to coincide with the launch of 4Kids TV’s new season in September.

Prior to joining 4Kids, Manco was director and digital strategist at JWTwo Digital, the digital marketing studio of ad agency J.Walter Thompson.

Meanwhile, Kirk will work closely with Manco on the development of the division, and is also poised to oversee its day-to-day digital development and production. Prior to joining 4Kids, Kirk was director of technology services at MRM Worldwide.
