Cartoon Network Enterprises has inked a deal with Fifth Sun Graphics to develop a line of apparel based on The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy.
The multiyear license includes T-shirts, tank tops and fleece tops for junior girls and young men that will retail for between US$18 and US$20. Based in Chico, California, Fifth Sun plans to roll the merch out to mass merchants in May.
A CN original, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy tells the story of the title characters’ burgeoning friendship with The Grim Reaper. Together, the three pals deal with typical suburban trials and the occasional unwanted intrusion from the spirit world.
