Roary races with new licensees

London-based Chapman Entertainment has signed a raft of licensing deals for its preschool property Roary the Racing Car as the series preps for a UK launch on Five's Milkshake! and Nick Jr. in late spring.

London-based Chapman Entertainment has signed a raft of licensing deals for its preschool property Roary the Racing Car as the series preps for a UK launch on Five’s Milkshake! and Nick Jr. in late spring.

Created by David Jenkins and developed by Bob The Builder’s Keith Chapman, the 52 x 10-minute CGI/stop-frame animated show has landed the following UK licensees:

David Halsall (wheeled and inflatable toys), Character World (bedding), World’s Apart (bedroom accessories), Blueprint (stationery), Bon Bon Buddies (confectionery), Creative Cakes (celebration cakes), Roy Low (socks), DNC (tableware), Jolly Ranger (coin-operated rides) and VMC (accessories).
