The Powerpuff Girls, the story of three super-powered five-year-olds, is the fourth original series to emerge from Cartoon Network and Hanna-Barbera’s World Premiere Toons program. The series, based on two original cartoon shorts by animator Craig McCracken, will be produced by the same animation team behind Genndy Tartakovsky’s World Premiere Toons series Dexter’s Laboratory.
